About the job
Owns Headway’s provider activation product, helping new therapists onboard, migrate patients, and build a strong early appointment volume to improve retention and business growth.
What you'll do
- Own the activation funnel, identify key stages and retention thresholds, and set the team’s strategy, OKRs, and roadmap.
- Develop strategies and product experiences that increase activated providers and appointments per new provider, supporting retention and LTV.
- Lead patient-porting tools, flows, and incentives, and partner across teams to make provider onboarding effective and simple.
