Build and run Headway’s campus recruiting and internship programs to hire early-career technical talent for its engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Manage campus recruiting from events and candidate pipelines through offer close, including full-cycle searches for interns and new graduates.
- Run the summer internship program, including hiring, project scoping, onboarding, programming, evaluations, and return-offer decisions.
- Build university relationships and deliver campus events, partnering with hiring managers, HR, and recruiting teams to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
