Partner with the EVP & General Counsel to develop legal, compliance, and contracting functions and support integration of HealthVerity and Symphony Health.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate healthcare data and software licenses, master services agreements, and other commercial contracts; advise on healthcare and consumer data privacy and de-identification.
- Maintain the compliance program and improve contracting processes, including templates, playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders, support business integration, and mentor team members.
