VP, Data Operations

What you'll do

• Set the strategy, operating model, KPIs, and performance expectations for data acquisition, onboarding, production availability, and ongoing operations.
• Lead and develop the Integrations, Data Onboarding, and Data Operations teams; improve processes and automation and oversee capacity, incidents, and root-cause remediation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and executives to align priorities, manage dependencies, and connect operational outcomes to client needs and revenue.

• 10+ years in data or technology, including senior leadership of complex, large-scale data environments.
• Ownership of end-to-end data operations, including complex integrations with third-party data suppliers.
• Deep knowledge of modern data platforms, including ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT, warehousing, orchestration, data quality, and observability.
• Track record of building operating models and processes at scale, driving measurable automation improvements, and managing operational metrics, incidents, and remediation.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data and its quality and operational requirements.
