Supports assigned Hearst Television stations by processing commercial copy instructions and coordinating commercial materials, assignments, and log changes.
What you'll do
- Receive, interpret, search, and process original and revised traffic instructions from agencies and advertisers.
- Build instruction and rotation sets in WideOrbit, assign them to orders, and coordinate commercial materials and disposition with Content Distribution Specialists.
- Review missing-instruction reports, communicate with agencies and station personnel, and maintain electronic instruction files.
