What you'll do
- Lead and develop consulting teams, set performance goals, and improve delivery processes and cross-training.
- Own consulting revenue and utilization targets; partner with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery on engagement scoping and staffing.
- Set delivery and QA standards, guide customer solutions, operationalize Product hand-offs, and deploy compliant AI-assisted tools.
