- Enter and maintain national advertising orders in WideOrbit and coordinate campaign scheduling and creative materials.
- Work with Traffic and Programming to support daily operations and maintain program schedule records.
- Prepare sales proposals and materials, communicate with clients and internal teams, and provide administrative support.
