What you'll do
- Lead and develop the evening production team; assign work and coordinate staffing, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor production quality, safety, deadlines, and equipment; troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments and maintain production, quality, maintenance, training, and timekeeping records.
