Own accurate, timely subscription and services billing in Zuora, ensuring contracts, invoices, accounting records, and customer billing issues are handled correctly.
What you'll do
- Execute billing activities, including bill runs, invoices, credits, rebills, and corrections; validate billing against contracts and approved policies.
- Reconcile Zuora billing activity to Oracle Fusion, support month-end close and audits, and maintain documented approvals and controls.
- Resolve billing issues with cross-functional teams and improve processes, while providing quality review and coaching to Billing Specialists.
