Leads the planning and delivery of live experiences for Hearst Magazines brands, managing production, budgets, partners, sponsorship activations, and post-event reporting.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute live events from concept through onsite delivery, budget reconciliation, and post-event reporting.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, staffing, production documents, vendors, and guest communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, sponsors, venues, vendors, talent, and other partners to deliver event objectives and commitments.
