Provides virtual cardiology nursing care, including patient education, care coordination, triage, follow-up, and clinical documentation.
What you'll do
- Educate patients about diagnoses, test results, and treatment plans; conduct virtual follow-up visits.
- Coordinate with cardiologists and other providers, use clinical judgment to escalate concerns, and triage patient requests.
- Maintain patient records and support patient advocacy, compliance, and quality assurance.
