About the job
Supports patients and providers in a remote cardiovascular clinic by preparing for virtual visits, documenting clinical information, and coordinating appointments and follow-up care.
What you'll do
- Prepare patients for virtual visits, confirm audio and video work, obtain telehealth consent and insurance card photos, and arrange interpreters as needed.
- Collect and document medical history, medications, complaints, baseline vitals and labs, and conduct the KCCQ survey.
- Handle calls, appointment confirmations, chart preparation, and scheduling follow-up appointments and labs.

- CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification.

Pay
USD 20–24 per hour (base salary)
