What you'll do
- Assess and improve customer coronary CT programs, onboarding quality, and ongoing product use.
- Deliver virtual and on-site training to technologists and build relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Maintain customer records, gather feedback, and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance.
