About the job
Serve as HeartFlow’s Northeast field reimbursement partner, helping commercial teams and healthcare customers resolve coding, billing, coverage, authorization, and claims barriers to patient access.
What you'll do
- Partner with field sales and healthcare customers to address reimbursement barriers and optimize authorization, billing, claims, and appeals workflows.
- Educate providers and commercial teams on coding, documentation, payer policies, and billing; conduct claim reviews and customer consultations.
- Monitor payer and CMS policy changes and share market intelligence and reimbursement opportunities internally.
