Provides strategic and operational leadership for HeartFlow’s infrastructure and IT operations, including systems engineering, enterprise networking, end-user services, resilience, and service modernization.
What you'll do
- Lead teams across Systems Engineering, Enterprise Networking, and End User Services; own the infrastructure roadmap, capacity planning, and project portfolio.
- Oversee infrastructure, network, service desk, endpoint, disaster recovery, budgeting, vendor, and asset-management operations.
- Drive AI and automation in support and operations, while maintaining audit readiness and validated clinical systems under required controls.
