Builds and facilitates original leadership development and sales training programs, coaches new sales leaders, and supports onboarding and field readiness.
What you'll do
- Create and launch a new leadership development track, including original content and coaching for new and emerging sales leaders.
- Facilitate onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing sales training in person and virtually; track outcomes and incorporate feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial partners, and subject-matter experts to align learning content with field needs and business goals.
