What you'll do
- Process payroll end to end, audit payroll inputs, and handle adjustments and off-cycle payments.
- Reconcile payroll, tax, benefits, and 401(k) data; prepare journal entries and month-end general ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain payroll compliance and records, support audits and reporting, and resolve payroll data or system issues.

- 3–5 years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll experience, ideally in a multi-state environment.
- Working knowledge of federal and state payroll tax and wage and hour law, especially California.

Pay
$85,000 - $115,000 USD base salary
