Leads full-cycle recruiting for Hebbia’s GTM organization, sourcing and closing talent while partnering with hiring managers and providing candidates with a high-touch experience.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting pipelines and full-cycle hiring across Sales, Sales Ops, Solutions, and Customer Success.
- Proactively source and engage GTM candidates through targeted outreach, creative search strategies, and networks.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring plans, role definitions, and candidate experience.
