Owns the design, validation, production ramp, and deployment of mechanical subsystems for Heirloom’s core technology, focusing on cost, reliability, manufacturability, and scalability.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end subsystem design, trade studies, testing, and deployment.
- Develop validation equipment and strategies, including reliability and life testing; produce manufacturing and inspection drawings.
- Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
