What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and manage shop staff while coordinating staffing, workload, and resources.
- Set shop priorities and ensure safe, timely, high-quality execution for engineering and production programs.
- Partner with engineers on manufacturing strategies and design-for-manufacturability feedback; improve machining processes and workflows.
