What you'll do
- Own the software roadmap, plans, risks, and delivery across embedded, supervisory, networking, infrastructure, data, and enterprise application layers.
- Establish software planning, review, testing, deployment, fault-response, and operations handoff practices, and coordinate priorities with partner disciplines.
- Hire and develop engineers and leaders, and define practices for using LLM-based tools and agents in engineering and other workflows.
