Build and launch manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and production lines for Helsing’s new facility in Martinsburg, from initial design through startup and steady-state production.
What you'll do
- Design and improve process flows, standard work, tooling, fixtures, and test stands for production and product validation.
- Lead capital equipment and tooling procurement, and manage manufacturing engineering workstream timelines and budgets during factory standup.
- Support production-line startup and troubleshooting; configure MES processes and coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Production.
