About the job
Leads the design, analysis, build, and testing of aircraft structures, from prototype hardware through production.
What you'll do
- Plan projects and deliver hardware; turn design concepts into detailed designs, including geometry, material selection, and DFM.
- Develop design-to-build-to-test processes, analyze non-conformances, and support transition from prototype to production.
- Perform structural analysis, develop and run flight-hardware test procedures, and collaborate across teams.
