About the job
Build and sustain automated test infrastructure for PCBAs, subsystems, and power-converter systems, from test strategy and fixtures through deployment and production improvement.
What you'll do
- Define test coverage, architecture, regression strategy, and pass/fail criteria for PCBA-to-system testing.
- Design and deliver automated test cells, fixtures, and instrumentation, including high-voltage, high-power bidirectional converter testers.
- Debug test failures and improve diagnostics, yield, calibration, uptime, and station software.
What they ask for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing and delivering automated test setups for high-voltage/high-power systems.
- Strong fundamentals in circuits and instrumentation; hands-on experience with scopes, DMMs, power supplies, electronic loads, DAQs, and digital interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART).
- Ownership of a test system from concept through deployment and sustainment; ability to work cross-functionally and drive issues to closure.
Nice to have
- Experience with bidirectional AC/DC or DC/DC sources and regenerative loads, HIL development, embedded firmware validation, or PCBA manufacturing test and yield improvement.
- Familiarity with production traceability and calibration, or test systems for medium-voltage/high-power converter products.
