Own supplier development and manufacturing readiness for Heron Power’s PCB, PCBA, and electronics supply base, from qualification and DFM through production ramp and improvement.
What you'll do
- Assess and develop supplier capabilities; lead supplier qualification and manufacturing process improvement.
- Drive DFM/DFA reviews and industrialization across PCB fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing.
- Improve supplier quality, process capability, yield, delivery, and cost through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

USD $160,000 to $220,000 base salary
