What you'll do
- Partner with the CEO and CTO to define and execute research strategy across post-training, model evaluation, search and retrieval, and continuous learning.
- Manage research partnerships and produce technical content about Hex’s research for external audiences.
- Hire and manage AI engineers and researchers.
