What you'll do
- Lead and grow the recruiting team, including hiring additional recruiters and planning the team’s structure.
- Develop consistent hiring standards through rubrics, interviewer training, and calibration with company leads.
- Own recruiting systems and data, build recruiting analysis in Hex, and partner with leads to shape roles and searches.
