What you'll do
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for technical searches across Engineering, AI, Infra, Product, and Design.
- Build and iterate on AI-assisted sourcing, enrichment, automation, and outreach workflows.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, track funnel performance, and adjust searches based on data.
