Own Higgsfield’s commercial legal function, advising executives and leading strategic transactions while building scalable legal processes for the company’s growth.
What you'll do
- Lead and negotiate complex commercial transactions, including enterprise SaaS, API, licensing, and partnership agreements.
- Advise executives and cross-functional teams on legal risks, business initiatives, and issues involving AI, software, data, and emerging technologies.
- Build commercial contracting processes and legal infrastructure, and mentor legal professionals.

- 10+ years of legal experience, including significant experience leading sophisticated commercial transactions for high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and deep expertise negotiating complex commercial transactions.
