Investor Relations Manager, Capital Markets & Strategic Research

What you'll do

• Build engagement with investment banks, research analysts, investors, and other capital-markets participants; develop briefings and executive conversations.
• Provide analysts with market intelligence, data, and perspectives; identify research opportunities and support earned inclusion in sector research.
• Partner with leadership, communications, and finance on market frameworks and narratives, and track relationships, research, and outcomes.

What they ask for

• 3–6+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets communications, strategic financial communications, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of how Wall Street research is produced and how analyst and investment-bank relationships are built.
• Ability to discuss TAM, industry structure, competitive positioning, and technological disruption with sophisticated financial audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships across investment banks, equity research, institutional investors, or the broader capital-markets community.
• Experience in AI, technology, internet, media, advertising, the creator economy, thematic or sector research, or high-growth private technology companies.

Pay

$175,000 - $240,000 USD base salary; $175K – $220K USD (compensation type not specified)
