About the job
Own and grow Highbeam’s business banking, cards, payments, treasury, and capital products, from customer research and partner diligence through launch and adoption.
What you'll do
- Own product areas from customer problem through specification, launch, and adoption; work with engineering to spec, QA, and ship.
- Evaluate and integrate bank, card, payments, and stablecoin partners, translating partner and compliance requirements into customer-facing products.
- Drive customer research, adoption, and monetization across deposits, card and payments volume, and new revenue lines.

Pay
$200K – $250K USD base salary
