What you'll do
- Architect and build end-to-end context and memory systems, including data ingestion, modeling, retrieval, and evaluations.
- Lead the ML project lifecycle, from pipelines, training, and deployment through monitoring, scaling, retraining, and quality improvement.
- Build and mentor the ML engineering team, set technical direction, and establish AI/ML practices across engineering.
