Own and scale day-to-day People Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, leave and benefits administration, HR data, compliance, and operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including workflows, COBRA, and coordination with Payroll on final pay timing.
- Administer leaves and complex benefits matters, and serve as an escalation point for sensitive employee questions.
- Maintain HR data and compliance processes, and build documentation, self-service resources, and AI-enabled automations.
