About the job
Own and operate compounding compliance software, ensuring it documents USP requirements, staff are trained, and compliance reports are accurate and timely.
What you'll do
- Configure the software, tasks, documentation, competency assessments, and reporting to align with USP <795>, <797>, and <800>.
- Train compounding staff and provide system support, troubleshooting, and vendor escalation.
- Run daily and monthly compliance reports, sharing results, gaps, trends, and recommended fixes with pharmacy leadership.

- 3+ years of compounding experience (sterile, non-sterile, or both).
- Strong working knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> documentation and competency requirements.
- Current registration as a Certified/Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state where they reside.
- Experience teaching or training others; experience with compounding, quality, or compliance software.
Nice to have
- Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) or Certified Non-Sterile Compounding Technician.
