Oversee compounding pharmacy operations, ensure safe and compliant dispensing, train staff, and support development of compounded formulations.
What you'll do
- Perform and document compounding, quality checks, and dispensing; review and approve compounding materials.
- Train and evaluate compounding personnel, oversee equipment and lab conditions, and coordinate compliance matters with the Pharmacist-in-charge.
- Work with R&D on new formulations and scale-up; develop and evaluate lab and formulation procedures.
