Oversees sterile compounding operations in a cleanroom, supervising staff and ensuring medication preparation meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Direct sterile compounding activities and enforce aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
- Train and guide personnel, document compounding and quality checks, and oversee materials, equipment, workflow, and environmental monitoring.
- Collaborate with R&D on development and scale-up of sterile preparations and coordinate with pharmacy leadership on quality and compliance.
