What you'll do
- Lead and train technicians while coordinating equipment repairs and maintenance across shifts.
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and emergency repairs; document work and equipment performance.
- Track assets, parts, and work orders in CMMS; communicate safety and downtime risks and contribute to operational improvements.
