Leads the training lifecycle for non-sterile compounding teams, maintaining staff competency, compliant training records, and a strong safety and quality culture.
What you'll do
- Facilitate, schedule, and coordinate new-hire, cross-training, ongoing, remediation, and annual training.
- Maintain training records and use LMS platforms to track completion, support audit readiness, and ensure documentation compliance.
- Develop training materials, lead Train-the-Trainer programs, and collaborate with operational and compliance teams to identify training needs.
