About the job
Delivers and coordinates the full training lifecycle for non-sterile compounding teams, supporting competency, compliance, safety, and quality.
What you'll do
- Facilitate onboarding, cross-training, ongoing development, remediation, and retraining; lead Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Schedule training, maintain records and LMS reporting, and support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with operational and support teams to identify training needs, maintain floor presence, and update training materials.

- 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
