Coordinates and delivers pharmacy training operations at an assigned site, ensuring workforce competency, accurate training records, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Facilitate onboarding, cross-training, ongoing development, and remediation; maintain training schedules and materials.
- Track training completion and maintain compliant records to support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Partner with operational and compliance teams, audit associate competencies, and identify training and process improvements.
