Administers and improves the maintenance CMMS, supporting preventive maintenance planning, asset and inventory records, user training, vendor coordination, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain the CMMS, its data, user access, workflows, and reports.
- Develop and schedule preventive maintenance procedures and tasks with maintenance and facilities teams.
- Track spare-parts inventory, coordinate vendor services and orders, and support cycle counts.
