Oversees sterile compounding operations for a cleanroom shift, ensuring regulatory compliance, safe preparation, quality control, and staff training and supervision.
What you'll do
- Enforce aseptic technique, cleanroom standards, and compliance with USP requirements and applicable laws.
- Train and supervise compounding personnel; oversee workflow, equipment, documentation, and environmental monitoring.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, the PIC, and R&D on operations, compliance, and development or scale-up of preparations.
