What you'll do
- Troubleshoot manufacturing during batch execution; monitor process parameters and analyze performance data.
- Lead process improvements to increase yield, throughput, cycle time, and robustness; support investigations, validation, and corrective actions.
- Create and maintain GMP manufacturing documentation and performance dashboards; collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
