About the job
Leads the compounding team and daily production operations at the New Albany facility, ensuring safe, compliant, quality-focused, and efficient delivery of compounded products.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee production schedules, workflows, inventory, and operational performance reporting.
- Lead and develop compounding staff, including managers and pharmacy technicians.
- Maintain safety and regulatory compliance and drive process improvements in collaboration with Quality and Supply Chain teams.
