About the job
Supervises sterile-pharmacy quality control, including product inspections, compliance activities, investigations, documentation, and staff training.
What you'll do
- Oversee and perform in-process and final product inspections, quality checks, and documentation reviews.
- Support investigations, equipment verifications, audits, and compliance with USP <797> and applicable cGMP practices.
- Train and mentor team members and help maintain quality records, metrics, SOPs, and work instructions.
