What you'll do
- Deliver goal-driven coaching and personalized messaging to support health goals and care-plan adherence.
- Coordinate with clinicians and the care team; document visits and clinical escalations.
- Share member trends and feedback with Product and Clinical Operations teams.

- NBHWC Board Certification and health coach training from an NBHWC-accredited program.
- 2+ years of health coaching experience and experience with large caseloads.
- Prior experience with behavior change or chronic disease management.
- Must provide telehealth services from a private professional space with reliable internet, within the United States, and reside in an eligible state; availability must include designated hours of 7am–9pm PST and evenings from 4pm.

Pay
$23.81 – $38.44 USD per hour (base salary)
