What you'll do
- Define the multi-year Member Journey vision and strategy, aligned with company goals.
- Manage and develop Product Managers while driving enrollment, retention, outcomes, and scalable experiences across care programs.
- Set the direction for AI and personalization, partnering with Clinical, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver the roadmap.
