Project Manager, Growth Operations

What you'll do

• Map workflows and establish intake, ownership, escalation, launch-readiness, and status-visibility processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, translate business needs and technical dependencies into plans, and surface risks and decisions.
• Manage program budget operations and improve workflows through standardization, automation, and process changes.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of project management, business operations, marketing operations, or similar cross-functional experience leading small to mid-sized projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving process mapping, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and operational execution.
• Experience improving multi-team workflows and using project management and workflow tools to manage timelines, dependencies, ownership, and status.

Nice to have

• Experience in growth marketing operations or a similar cross-functional operating environment; designing intake, ownership, SLA, launch-readiness, dashboard, or workflow systems.
• Familiarity with automation or AI-assisted operations; PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification.

Pay

$121K – $165K USD base salary

AI focus

Use automation or AI-enabled tooling to reduce manual coordination and improve visibility; familiarity with AI-assisted operations is preferred.
