Conduct high-volume recruiting, building candidate pipelines and moving qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process while delivering a strong candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to clarify hiring needs and expectations.
- Conduct recruiter screens and interviews, source candidates, and manage active pipelines.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting funnel with timely communication and follow-up.
