- Define architecture and modernization strategy across Growth Engineering pods, including data, activation, APIs, event pipelines, and integrations.
- Lead cross-pod initiatives such as web migrations, experimentation platform convergence, and shared engineering patterns.
- Improve reliability and execution through observability, SLOs, data contracts, on-call participation, and technical leadership development.
